Can I Save My Game Progress?
Yes! To save your game progress on the RetroRealm Pocket™, open the quick menu by pressing Select + X while in-game. Select Save State, choose a slot and save your progress. Remember the slot number so you can return to it later.
This is also useful when several people use the console and want separate save files. To continue a saved game, open the same menu and select Load State.
You can also use the following shortcuts:
- Save State: press Select + R1.
- Load State: press Select + L1.
Are All the Games Preloaded? Do I Need a Subscription or Any Downloads?
All games are already preloaded, so you can start playing as soon as you unbox the console. No setup, downloads or internet connection are required.
There is no subscription, membership or recurring fee, and you do not need to purchase anything extra to access the included games.
Are They Full Games or Just a Few Levels?
The games included with the RetroRealm Pocket™ are full versions, not demos, trials or selections containing only a few levels.
Each game can be played from beginning to end, giving you the complete experience from its original console.
Do I Need Wi-Fi to Play?
No Wi-Fi is needed. The games are stored directly on the console, allowing you to play anywhere, at any time, completely offline.
How Many Games Are Included?
The RetroRealm Pocket™ comes preloaded with over 20,000 games on the 64GB version or over 40,000 games on the 128GB version, covering more than 20 classic gaming systems.
The collection includes a wide variety of genres and many fan-favourite titles.
Does It Come with Parental Control?
Most of the preloaded games are family-friendly or suitable for all ages, including titles from series such as Super Mario, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Pokémon and Zelda.
If you would like to remove an individual game:
- From the games screen, press the Select button.
- Scroll down and select Edit This Game’s Metadata.
- Scroll to the bottom, move to the right and select Delete.

How Long Does the Battery Last?
The RetroRealm Pocket™ provides approximately 8–10 hours of battery life, depending on the game, volume and screen brightness.
A full recharge takes approximately two hours using the included USB-C charging cable.
Can I Change the Language of the Console?
Yes. The RetroRealm Pocket™ supports 10 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German and Italian.
Are There Any Extra Fees or Taxes at Checkout?
No. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. VAT is included where applicable, and there are no handling or processing fees.

How Do Returns and Refunds Work?
If the console is not right for you, it can be returned for a refund of the product price, provided it is unused and remains in its original packaging.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty, was damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, we will cover the return costs.
Email support@retrorealm.shop with your order number and we will provide the return instructions.
Is It Covered by a Warranty?
Yes. Every RetroRealm Pocket™ includes a one-year warranty beginning on the day it is delivered.
If the console develops a fault during normal use, we will repair it or send a replacement without charging you a return postage fee.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults such as screen problems, dead pixels, unresponsive buttons or joysticks, charging-port faults, battery failure, microSD card failure and audio faults.
Accidental damage, liquid damage, cosmetic wear and normal battery capacity reduction over time are not covered.
